Amoung all of the Sharps models you will find the SPORTING model with octagonal blued barrel, adjustable front sight and double set trigger. The INFANTRY and CAVALRY models have a fixed front sight and round barrel retained by steel bands. Infantry model has a patchbox in the stock while the BERDAN or SNIPER model is equipped with double set triggers.This production of one of the most famous rifles of the American Civil War era.
